the goodbye season

waaaaaaaaa... I feel really low right now. Even getting A for english essay and Stats test didn't cheer me up. Reason is soooo many people I care about are leaving for the holidays or leaving for good. *teary*

After watching King Kong last nite (really good movie btw), I met up with Ivan to say goodbye. Sigh, how I hate that word. Funny how a person can feel "good" when saying bye. Anyway, we went to Denny's, talked like old frens, and enjoyed each other's company before he goes back today. Which means I won't see that annoying, funny jerk for 3 whole weeks! siiiiiiigh. Also, Sumaiya's going back to Oman later on today, and more shockingly, Colin (my english teacher) just announced that today will be his last day teaching at Uni of Canterbury!!! Another long sigh.

Though a lot of them has went back or are going back soon, I can look forward to the time I can go back myself...which is still 42 days away. Until then, Cath's still here to keep me company..hehe. And I'll do my best to enjoy this beautiful city called Christchurch before I leave for Dunedin next year.
