So long, winter

I love spring because it also means:

1. So close to year end holidays! 4 months- sadly I'll be working for 3 months. But STILL- no lectures and assignments to hand in every Friday lor.
2. 9 weeks to Singapore!!! Can't wait for my first REAL work that's course related! Sort of comforts me to know I won't be (hopefully) one of those people who end up working in a field that's totally unrelated to their degrees. Also, my first biotech-related pay!
   
3. 9 weeks to goooooooood oily, cheap-as food in Malaysia/Singapore. Well, maybe not so cheap in Sg but definitely cheaper than $10 per noodle soup in NZ.
4. Pretty flowers! No time just yet, but hopefully will take loads of photos of flowers at the botanical gardens, then use them as wallpaper.. huahua
5. My birthday ;P Yes I would like a mini cooper convertible- red with white/black stripes thank you very much. Oh and a drivers license too.
6. I can finally wear dresses/skirts WITHOUT having to wear them with cardigans/jackets/boots/leggings, or having to bring my trustee umbrella everywhere.

Well, actually I spoke too soon.
The weather forecast reports that it will be rainy for the next few days =(

Happy Fathers' Day to all dads out there.
Last group meeting tonight before presentation tomorrow/Wed. Praying that my group would be selected to go first tomorrow so can work on report due on Friday! Gosh how I wish I had better public speaking skills.
