Me, materialistic?

Had lunch with Emily at Eureka before she leaves for Auckland tomorrow morning. The mushrooms toast was soooooo delicious I'm still craving for more of it. One thing though, the food there is overpriced I find. Small serving of brunch costed me close to $16. Vivo Vena still has decent-priced meals. Oh and we had to shout just to listen to each other as a group of girls came in halfway, apparently celebrating someone's birthday and were so loud/annoying.

Anyway, it was great having Emily play the viola at church for the past few months. She's amazingly talented with her super expensive viola haha (not to be confused with violin).

I've been eating out a lot this past week. :(

Lunch with Chyi (and a little bit of shopping) yesterday, then tried out some kind of tea (can't remember) at the Taiwanese place nearby with Mich & Ron, then had fish (minus the chips) from flying squid last night for dinner. Ya I know so unhealthy the last meal, but was lazy to cook and I felt so BAD after having it as it was so oily/unhealthy/GAH awful. Yes I even made a trip to the toilet after dinner... THAT BAD.

I'm bored- came up with my updated wishlist:

Oh and while browsing through facebook, I found out that my cousin and an ex-schoolmate (and then from Janice: a younger sister of an ex-classmate too) from Kuching High had entered this competition- Breeze Model Search EEEEEEEKSSSSS! haha So ah lian and ah beng most of the photos, terrigible makeup & outfits, bad photography and terrrrrrible photoshop. Embarrassing-nya. Some of the guys even look like those ah bengs seen lepak-ing at Saberkas... Whatever happened to style and GOOD photography?! I'm sure there's still talent (somewhere) in Kuching?

But it was good fun laughing at some of the photos ;)
