Working as a cashier is a real opportunity to meet all kinds of people. Some are funny, weird and just plain talkative. haha! So far, I've seen Japanese talking in a strange way, pretty Korean ladies, and many 'ang mo's who were shopping at Choice daily. I also overheard some funny conversations and learnt a lot of things about variety in people. It's a priceless experience.
As we all grow up, we realize that we don't really care that much about some silly things anymore. Many people might not know that I was a football fanatic. I used to stay up all night watching my fav football club in action (and who cares if there was school the next day?!) And if the results were good, you will see it in my face. I'd be cheerful all day. If the team lost, I'd be grumpy all day long, sometimes for the whole weekend. I still watch those football matches, but I wonder if I'd still fancy that sport twenty years later. An elderly lady came into the store today asking for an EPL magazine, and I just thought, will I be like that 40 years from now?
I am looking forward to tomorrow. I've basically have it all planned out. haha! Shopping with Jul in the afternoon and practising for the Youth Dinner/party at night. Besides that, Jul and I will be going to school to pick up out testimonials and leaving-school cert. It's been so long since I've stepped into my school... kinda miss it already actually. haha!
Okay, noticed the new layout? It's not my favourite, but just a temporary one, at least for a few weeks. The doodle board is actually at the bottom since it'll mess everything up if I put it at the side. bleh~
