oh WOW. "The Island" was fabulous. simply awesome. the action was great, but what appealed most to me was the fact that it was so realistic. The storyline is also straight to the point, precise, and interesting. It was quite long, more than 2 hours, but the movie just left me wanting more.
It's mostly themed around biotech n human rights...and it really made me think should i or should i not choose biotech as my career in the future. yea i may avoid that particular branch of molecular genetics, but now i'm almost certain that i'd stick to psychology or forensics instead. oh well, i still have no clue at all what should i major in my degree next year, and if the path i choose will help me find a job that i want. its just not easy deciding on something that shapes your entire future. and i dun wanna rush and end up making the wrong choice or regret about it.
Anyway, the weekend was quite relaxing, sometimes boring. what to do when the town itself is boring, eh? oh, i read finish harry potter. somehow i kinda expected that dumbledore would die in the end...but i just hate the sad ending. hmm. i can't wait for the seventh book to come out. maybe i should buy more novels to read, since going to the movies is damn expensive. knot wait till i get back to cat city, can watch more movies and not think about the hole in my purse.
