2 nites before cny

I had my haircut!

Positive comments so far. Which is good. :P

Felt so bad for being late for music practice just now. I was home that time when mum got a call from dad, asking me to go for Sunday's music practice. Apparently dad forgot to tell me about the new practice time! So embarrassed when I got to church as everyone was basically waiting for me to start, but all's good.

Chords are easy, but until tonight I have no idea how half the songs' melody goes. Oh well, I'm depending on my sight hearing skills, or lack of. But the biggest thing about playing this Sunday is about playing on the first day of Chinese New Year at 7am! Which equals out of bed before 6!

1 week to go before I head back to Dunedin. I'm excited for sure, being able to flat for real now after a whole year of living in Studholme Hall. One bad news though, dear Rebec just got the offer to study optometry in University of Auckland, which means she's leaving us! *sobs* Will miss you lots, don't even know how it's going to be without you to make us laugh. =( It's bittersweet really, in a way I'm happy for her to be able to do something she really likes, but we're all sad to see her study so far away.

Chinese New Year in 2 days! Getting ready for it sure is tiring, but every year it pays off. =) Explaining to Ron (my fellow course mate from Philippines) about having an "open house" on the first day and going visiting is sure weird since we don't usually get the chance to explain something like that to anyone. :P

Last but not least, to Alex aka Canai, I know you're having a blast celebrating your 21st there in Dunedin! And also an early one to the one and only Ah May, with lots of hugs and love. You guys are allowed to have all the fun without me. *sulks* Miss you all Dunny people dearly, can't wait to get back and catch up! =)
