CNY buzz

New week, new start. Well, since it's 2 days before cny, mum and I had a breezy, yes last minute shopping yesterday. Awesome is the only word to describe it. hehe! After that, had rili rili late supper cum dinner at open-air market for some nice seafood.

Quite disappointed about a few minor things, though. I'm afriad I won't be able to join all the 'animal' youths this Saturday for a fun visiting... WAA! Sad sad. We'll leave from Sibu on Saturday morning, but still not in time for visiting. Hmm...I had expected bunny Chok to come back for cny hols. Yeah, so sad that I won't see him again before I leave for NZ. Oh well...

Gonna spend a RED, FOOD-FILLED, & NOISY cny at Sibu. New year celebration is always at its best in Sibu anyway. Yi-yi is a great cook, so I do expect my tummy to expand at least few inches...haha! Guilty as charged. But what I really want this year (yes, my ultimate wish) is to travel either to China or somewhere exotic in Asia. Dad's fren invited him over to China next month, of course I begged him to follow them, but it's all coz of the business again that's making us hard to travel elsewhere. sigh sigh~

Jamming session was not bad. Carol invited Cuz, Arlene, and Roy over for practise this time. Well, it's the very first time I've seen a guy playing electic guitar with his LEFT hand. Amazing guitarist and nice voice too. One more thing, do stand at least 2 meters away from Cuz and his drums when he's playing, unless you want to be deaf permanently. With the keyboard just next to the drum set, my ear drums almost burst. No kidding. Kevin suggested that we kongsi a set of ear muffs to protect our ears. haha!
